Daniel
McCafferty
Director of Client Services
Mr.
McCafferty is Director of Client Services at National Market Measures, Inc.,
and serves as General Manager of Cleveland Field Resources. Before joining the
company in 1985, he was an interviewer and field supervisor at Burke Marketing
Research (Cincinnati, OH).
Mr.
McCafferty has a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University of Ohio, with minor
concentrations in Psychology and Economics. His MBA is from The Cleveland
State University, with a concentration in Marketing. His Master's thesis
focused on the use of advanced statistical techniques to measure customer
satisfaction within manufacturing and services industries.
Mr.
McCafferty has assisted a variety of manufacturing and service firms in
designing and implementing customer satisfaction measurement and management.
He works directly with clients on all aspects of studies, including design,
interviewing, analysis, interpretation, and implementation.
