Facility layout and specifics

In late 1998, National Market Measures relocated its Focus Group and Personal Interviewing facility to a newly constructed facility designed specifically with qualitative research in mind.  

With 4,500 square feet of space, the facility is one of the most modern and well-equipped in the region.  Two interview rooms (18' 3" x 21' 9" and 14' 9" x 18' 7"), a complete test kitchen with two ovens and two microwaves, large tiered viewing and private client lounges provide an outstanding setting for conducting research.  High speed Internet connections AND dial up modem capabilities allow for realistic Web site testing.

According to the 2002 Impulse Survey of Focus Facilities, NMM once again rated highest in several categories for the Cleveland, Ohio market. NMM was rated best overall among its competitors and received highest ratings in the following categories: Recruiting, personnel, food service and value.
