Product Management Workshop -- The Role of Research
NMM is partnering with Life Cycle Strategies, a nationally recognized product management consulting and training organization, in delivering a two-day training program designed for product managers, marketers or R&D professionals.  The two-day program, scheduled for Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Dallas and Charlotte, provides hands-on tools and techniques for those involved with the product management process.  NMM will present the role research plays in from a marketing, product management and product development perspective.  Click here to register or contact us to request a brochure.

National Market Measures in the News
The Winter 2001 issue of Cleveland Enterprise Magazine focused on some of the challenges facing companies in Northeast Ohio as they address their technology needs.  Kurt Steigerwald was featured discussing NMM's approach to technology development, training and recruiting the right resources for the company.

The September 1998 issue of Fast Company features our long-time client, Roberts Express (now FedEx Custom Critical), with a focus on its culture and formula for success. An important part of Roberts Express’ culture is a commitment to customer satisfaction. Mark Traylor, Director of Quantitative Services at NMM is quoted as he discusses the ongoing customer satisfaction tracking studies we perform for Roberts Express.

Facility Improvements
Designed by an experienced moderator with qualitative research in mind, our Focus Group and Personal Interviewing Facility in Solon, Ohio is almost brand-new, but we are always looking for ways to improve it. We have upgraded our Internet access throughout the building, adding DSL capabilities, so we can conduct Internet research through high-speed DSL connections or we can use dial-up connections for a more realistic test of what most consumers encounter. We have also added more kitchen equipment to better accommodate taste-testing and other food research.
